focused trips for individuals and groups.

• All trip participants must complete the required forms, including waivers and health disclosures, by the deadlines provided.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our cancellation policy shared during booking.

• Failure to follow trip guidelines or behavior expectations may result in dismissal without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for sharing accurate health information and understanding any risks associated with travel and service work
• In Our Hands is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during trips.

7. Liability
While we strive to ensure meaningful and safe experiences, participation is at
your own risk. In Our Hands is not responsible for circumstances beyond our
control, such as travel delays or cancellations by third parties.

• Trip details are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of significant changes as soon as possible.
