IN OUR HANDS Invites you to a fun and informational event on September 14 at 3 PM. We are hosting a movie watching party and fundraiser on ZOOM.
–Check in at 3 PM and we will welcome you and begin the movie “Four Little Girls”, a 1998 documentary that tells the story of the lives of the four girls who died in the bombing of the Birmingham church in 1963. It is a moving documentary that will bring back your memories of our visit to the church, and for those of you who would like to take the trip, a preview.
THERE WILL BE several breaks during the movie to introduce special surprise guests who will remind you of some highlights of the trip!! PLUS opportunities to donate to the future of IN OUR HANDS learning trips!
PLUS – A surprise giveaway to someone in attendance and interested in a future civil rights trip!
FOLLOWING THE MOVIE we will have a brief time of conversation and wrap up… including updates about upcoming trips!
